Changes are periodically added to the information on this website to make improvements to our products and services.

Turn around time:
Jewelry orders may take up to 2 or 3 weeks, depending on my schedule. Most of the time, it only takes 1 week.

Shipping:
The customer is responsible to pay for the shipping charges. Jewelry prices do not include shipping.

Payments:
Payment can be made by credit card, post office money order, Western Union, Money Gram or Paypal.

Credit cards will ONLY be accepted with a copy of the card and your state ID. The name on the card and ID MUST match, for your protection.

We are confident that you will be very pleased with our exceptional products. All pictures on this website are intended to give you an idea of how a piece of jewelry will look. However, this is all handmade jewelry and it may be slightly different.

Electroplating
Electroplating is a coating of metal on top of the base metal. Standard plating is done in nickel. You may get chrome, 14kt gold, copper, or black rhodium for an additional charge.

Not all colors on the color chart are available at all times, in all size stones.


Return Policy:
We offer a "Return for Exchange" only, due to the following reasons:
a. Product Defects
b. Delivery Mistake
c. Manufacturing defects



We do not make returns for cash.

Customer must inform us within 5 business days after receiving package if either of the above return policies apply. (Receive date is based on carriers tracking system.) This gives us time to approve the exchange. If obvious abuse has occurred from customer, exchange will not happen. You must have prior approval.
